It begins as a curious child. I always found computers and technology fascinatingly intriguing. Ever since I began experimenting on our family's desktop computer, I fell in love with the industry. Growing up, I developed an affinity for the hardware and software components and quickly became my family's designated IT support. I took IT as a subject in high school and subsequently studied it in university.
The three aspects I love and intrigue me the most about IT are:
- Digital Design: The symmetry of it all makes it visually appealing and enhances the overall user experience
- Coding: Simply complicated. It's either on or off. The process behind getting it to do that however, is complicated. The flow of instructions and its logic as well as different programming languages and principles excite me.
- User Experience: The overall experience of a user when interacting with your program is its success. The amount of attention-to-detail involved as well as the psychology behind creating a desired experience is what thrills me.
Those are my passion and I strive to earn a living whilst constantly learning and exploring them. I plan on integrating these aspects in every project I work on. The cliche saying "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life" pretty much sums it up.
